1. Godhbharai/ Shaad/ DohanJeevan/Valakaappu/Seemandham/Seemantham Puja is done in the odd month during pregnancy to bring good luck to pregnant mother. It is usually 7th or 9th month of the pregnancy when the considered to have entered a safe phase. The literal meaning of ‘Godh Bharai’ is ‘fill the lap’.
